Pain
Medicine and Palliative Care at Huntsman Cancer Institute was
created to enhance quality of life for cancer patients. Services include pain
and symptom management, psychological support for patients and their
families, and complementary therapies. Palliative care "is an
integral part of cancer care whether a person has just been
diagnosed, is in active treatment, has been successfully treated, or
has terminal illness." We have provided multiple links to information
and resources to learn more about pain and symptom management,
complementary therapies, and coping.
