Lung cancer is the number one cancer killer of both men and women in the United States. It is responsible for more cancer deaths than prostate, breast and colorectal cancers combined.

Common symptoms of lung cancer include a cough that doesn’t go away, difficulty breathing, and bloody mucus from the lungs. The best way to reduce the risk of developing lung cancer is not to smoke tobacco, to avoid exposure to secondhand smoke and other risk factors such as asbestos and radon.
