Registration fees are:

• $25 for Huntsman Cancer Institute Hospital Staff
• $50 for University of Utah Health Care Employees
• $75 for Non-University of Utah Health Care Employees
• $25 for Students

After March 8, 2013, please add $5 late fee to the amounts above.

Registration at the door on Saturday, March 23, 2013 is $85.
