The caBIG Training Site formed by Lewis J. Frey, PhD, and his team is a nonprofit entity within The University of Utah. This is a joint initiative between Huntsman Cancer Institute and the Department of Biomedical Informatics.
The caBIG Training Site at U of U builds on both its strong internal expertise as well as a national network of experts to offer a broad range of training from novice to advanced levels of instruction in biomedicine.
The site draws scientists, researchers, clinicians, biomedical informaticists, and industry professionals as well as students from universities, cancer centers, government agencies, research institutes, and private industry to participate in a broad range of caBIG training.
