| Located on the fourth floor of Huntsman Cancer Hospital is the 25-bed inpatient unit specializing in chemotherapy, biotherapy, and targeted therapies to treat cancer. Telemetry is available for monitoring patients who would otherwise require transfer to a cardiology unit.
The dedicated Medical Oncology Unit nurses are skilled in dealing with symptom management due to the side effects of cancer and its therapies. Nurses provide holistic care, exceptional patient education, and patient support during each individual’s unique cancer journey.
