VIDEO: Dr. Tricot Discusses Multiple Myeloma on "Good Things Utah"

Dr. Guido Tricot, the director of the Utah Blood and Marrow Transplant and Myeloma Program, appeared on ABC's "Good Things Utah" to explain multiple myeloma and the symptoms and treatment of this type of cancer.
While it is important to be aware of the symptoms of myeloma, it is also important to note that these symptoms are common among many other medical conditions. If you are exhibiting the symptoms discussed, it is best to consult with your primary care physician. If you have severe and persistent bone pain, you can insist on having blood tests done to see if you might have myeloma.
