El Tour de Tucson

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2004

Huntsman Cancer Institute’s Hometown Heroes is proud to invite outdoor enthusiasts to Tucson, Arizona, to take part in the largest Perimeter Cycling event in the United States – El Tour de Tucson, November 20, 2004. El Tour events include 109-, 81-, 66-, and 35-mile rides through and around the serene and scenic southern Arizona desert landscape. The El Tour route is supported with traffic control and numerous aid stations.

Participants commit to the following:
• To train for and participate in one of these events
• To raise a predetermined amount for HCI’s mission

HCI provides to the participants:
• Group travel to and from the event
• Hotel Room (based on double occupancy)
• Event entry fees
• Team uniform
• Two fun dinner parties at the event
• Professional coaching
• Monthly team clinics
• Group training
• Fundraising support throughout the program

Accept the challenge. Be a hero.
