The Acute Care Clinic (ACC) is not an emergency room or a walk-in clinic. Patients are seen on referral only and can be scheduled on a same-day basis.
To allow ACC staff to triage patients appropriately, minimum referral information must be provided:
- Name
- Medical record number
- Diagnosis
- Current treatment
- Patient symptoms
- Travel time to clinic

Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday with the last appointment time being 6 p.m.
