Yoga increases flexibility, balance, range of motion, and muscle tone. As with other forms of exercise, it can improve mood and a sense of well-being.

The Wellness-Survivorship Center offers free yoga classes to patients and their loved ones. Classes are held Monday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m., and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. for one hour in the Wellness-Survivorship Center.
