Michael Wayne Boyer, MD

Michael Boyer, MD, is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he has a primary appointment in pediatrics and an adjunct appointment in internal medicine; he is also a Huntsman Cancer Institute investigator. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Boyer specializes in adult and pediatric blood and marrow transplantation. His research focuses on the separation of GVHD and GVL effects using regulatory T cells. He completed his medical degree at Indiana University, followed by residency and a fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
