Jeffrey Campsen, MD, is surgical director of pancreas transplantation at the University of Utah. He practices at the University Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI), and Primary Children's Medical Center.
Campsen specializes in hepatobiliary surgery and liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants. His clinical and research focus is in the surgical management of liver, biliary tract, and pancreas diseases as well as pre-cursing conditions leading to end-stage organ failure.
Campsen completed fellowships in adult and pediatric multi-organ transplantation, as well as hepatobiliary surgery, at the University of Colorado. He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School.
