Steven S. Chin, MD, PhD

Steven Chin, MD, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Huntsman Cancer Institute investigator. He is certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic pathology and neuropathology.

Chin specializes in neuropathology with research interests in various topics related to tumors of the nervous system, neurodegenerative diseases, and neuromuscular disorders. He completed his medical degree at New York University, followed by residency in anatomic pathology and a fellowship in neuropathology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University.
