Edward DiBella, PhD, is an associate professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Utah and a member of the Imaging, Diagnostics, and Therapeutics Program at Huntsman Cancer Institute.
His research involves the study of tumors with dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MRI. In particular this includes MRI acquisition, reconstruction, and post-processing methods to improve tumor characterization. He also has interests in how cancer and its treatment affect the heart.
DiBella received a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, and a PhD from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
