Stephen Fafinski, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Huntsman Cancer Institute investigator. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Fafinski completed his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine on the island of Granada, followed by residency at the University of Missouri and a fellowship at the University of Florida.
