Ryan O'Hara, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology and chief of the division of interventional radiology at the University of Utah. O'Hara is also director of interventional oncology for the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) and a HCI investigator.

O'Hara's research interests include tumor-induced growth of new blood vessels and ways that lack of oxygen to the body affects tumor growth after therapy.

O'Hara completed his fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed training in diagnostic radiology at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington and received his medical degree from the University of Washington, in Seattle.
