Projects: My research is focused on the roles of RSC and chromatin remodeling in vivo using a variety of genomics approaches, including ChIP and microarray. I have used mutants in RSC to delineate the roles of RSC–dependent remodeling as well as targeting to specific genes. My developing skills in bioinformatics have led to my collaborating with other members in the lab, as well as being a general go-to person for computer issues. I pursue hiking and photography outside of the lab. |
