The Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Fellowship program is structured to provide training for bright, highly motivated candidates seeking careers in academic medicine. The fellowship is at a minimum a three-year experience and provides broad training in clinical medicine, as well as a highly structured program in bench or clinical research. The clinical service is diverse, drawing patients from Utah and the Intermountain West. The scientific environment at the University of Utah is world class, and our trainees are encouraged to immerse themselves in productive and cutting edge research in biomedical laboratories throughout the University. Not to be overlooked, our campus is on the edge of the Wasatch Mountains, providing a breathtaking physical environment, minutes away from fabulous recreational activities.
